Tiare is a passionate Tikidrink, Cocktail and Rum (plus other spirits and exotic food) geek living in Stockholm, Sweden. You’ll usually find her either mixing up a range of drinks, crushing ice, making garnishes, syrups, infusions and bitters, sipping aged rums or cooking up something spicy and photographing all her experiments. When she is not working…
Working means marketing mobile phones and occasionally bartending. But even more so, writing this blog! and hanging out in the Mixoloseum bar chat room.
She is a ex chef and ex florist who because of a tired back left the full time hard flor jobs. For relaxation she enjoys painting and reading and of course imbibing tasty cocktails.

Well, well, well. I had no idea that you published this lovely blog. I enjoyed your posts over at Preacher Ed’s before I found it necessary to take my leave.

Great blog you have, wonderful information and well written!!
Maybe one day we can meet over a cocktail in Stockholm and discuss all things rum or share some rum samples, but you gotta advise where in Stockholm one can find good rums and cocktails..!
Hi JaRiMi, if you make your way to Stockholm some day, do you mind bringing along that wonderful rum cupboard you have? i could make use of it..
Sure i know where to find rums and cocktails here, we have rest Sjogras which is owned by Duane Dove, i think he has over 2-300 rums. Then we have a wonderful tikibar which serves deliscious mainly rum-based cocktails.
